TUDOR RETROFIT
This classic Tudor home underwent extensive renovation, resulting in a beautiful blending of original and new craftsmanship. A box bay window addition, incorporating custom window reproduction and herringbone exterior brick facade, adds usable dining space and open garden view from the dinette. The garden room, once resigned to only exterior access, has been transformed into a wine nook with an added archway highlighting the original round top door.

As their family grew, our clients returned for our skill in creating a master dwelling wing along with garage space below. The addition blends seamlessly into the existing home on its exterior, utilizing skilled masonry and cladding techniques and adorned with copper gutter and flashing details. Its new concrete drive is bordered using reclaimed existing brick. The interior boasts masterfully tiled bathrooms, custom alder dual vanity, and walk-in closets with built-in storage, all meticulously designed in house with close collaboration of the homeowners.
