The addition also includes a serene new master suite. The bedroom, brightened by a bay window, offers walk-in closets and a lux en suite bathroom inspired by the family’s travels to Spain. The bathroom features earthy star-and-cross-patterned floor tiles, sage green handmade vertical shower tiles, and a custom glass enclosure that enhances the sense of openness. The soft palette of greys, creams, and whites inspires tranquility, while the thoughtful mix of rustic and modern materials adds depth and character.

From our design-build experience, we approached this addition with a commitment to seamlessly integrating form and function. Built atop a meticulously engineered four-car garage, the structure harmonizes with the original architecture, maintaining the integrity of the home’s character.
