Juliette Balcony
A custom Juliette balcony with a Moorish-styled arch was created to overlook the historic home’s grand stair, including built-in wall pockets for added draperies. The stair’s existing hand-carved railings were meticulously replicated and stained, giving the balcony a sense of being original while seamlessly updating the space to improve visual flow.

This artisanal, hand-painted reproduction inspired by a classic farmer’s grocer sign is both iconic and unique. The original pantry door was repurposed by removing two panels and replacing them with new tempered glass revealing custom pantry shelving while warmly back lighting the graphic from above. The result is eye-catching, giving a vintage feel to a once modest broom closet.
