“Joe Shea and all the Living Space team [Diane Reynolds, Duane Rice, Andy Baisch, Joe Freiburg, Pete Brands, Andy Penasa, Andrea Toussaint, William Pettigrew and Kimberly Stillman] are wonderful to work with in every way, from “pre-production” meetings, to providing visual aids and samples, scheduling, response time to questions, and perhaps most importantly, respecting our home. Construction is messy-no doubt about it, but the Living Space team cleaned up at the end of each day. There was not an empty soda can or fast-food bag left behind. The renovation/re-imagining of our two-story 1890’s storefront building into a gorgeous living space presented numerous unique challenges. Diane’s design work on creating storage solutions in a place that didn’t have a single closet was beyond anything we had hoped for. Diane’s design was executed and enhanced by Joe’s artisan woodworkers, resulting in closet/storage space that fits seamlessly with the building’s period architecture and yet is as sleek, modern and supremely functional as we could ever have hoped. Joe’s subcontractors upheld the same degree of workmanship and professionalism as Joe and the Living Spaces team. This big project has been a joy throughout!”
